“The staff tried their best to address our issues!”

The location was great, but the room should have been lockable, there should have been grab bars in the shower, and we should have been able to control the room temperature.

The location was practical and the price‑quality ratio was good, with a nice breakfast buffet, but the gym was unusable without health risks, and a sauna without shower facilities made no sense.

The reception person was friendly, but the room was not clean and smelled bad, so I had to change rooms and the bed was very uncomfortable, causing me back pain.

“Staff at this facility will not help you if you need assistance”

I was billed for a service from a resort in California, USA, even though I never visited it; when I tried to sort it out with the staff on site, they offered absolutely no assistance.
