The place was very nice and conveniently close to the wedding venue.
“Disappointing Experience with Customer Service”
My recent stay was marred by a frustrating experience with the hotel's customer service. Despite a partial stay, the hotel refused to refund our payment, which was agreed upon by the booking system. To make matters worse, their voicemails went unanswered, and it seemed like they had double booked our rooms. Unfortunately, this lack of communication and understanding of their own policies left a sour taste in our mouths.

While I didn't have the chance to dine at the hotel, I did attend an after-party in the lobby, which was a nice touch. However, my stay was not without its issues. The pillows were far too firm, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep, and the quilt on the bed was woefully inadequate, only reaching the middle of the bed.

I appreciated the quality of the staff, the room amenities, and the proximity to restaurants. The breakfast cost was high for what was offered, so I chose to eat elsewhere because the selection didn’t match the price.
