The location and the facilities were tidy and clean. When I was checking out, I was told I couldn’t get a printed copy of my receipt because the room was booked through a third party, so I’d have to obtain one through them. I’ve never been told this before or since, and I prefer paper copies to ensure the charges are correct.

I was glad the place was close to the airport, but the room wasn’t clean and the mattress and pillows were awful; the staff member was hard to locate and seemed only interested in his phone.

The hotel was very comfortable and the breakfast was good, but a key factor for us was the promised airport shuttle, which disappeared from the listing just before our trip; after repeatedly contacting the hotel I received no reply until I was told in person that the shuttle had been cancelled, forcing us to pay $80 for both rides.
