The price was worth it; it was cheap and clean. The staff were accommodating and the food at the Seadog Diner was tasty.

My go-to spot near Legazpi when I need to work and stay at the same time; it was very accessible and had a high‑speed internet connection. The 3rd floor could use improvement because I had trouble getting a stable net during my stay; it was fast when it connected but it did not connect reliably, at least in the room where I stayed.

The location is good and the staff are helpful, but the al fresco dining could improve because pets aren’t allowed in the restaurant; a canopy or shade would help. The menu could offer a few more options for furry friends if possible, and the island’s restaurants could provide more un‑marinated beef, chicken, or fish with full kitchen support from the waitress.

While touring the Philippine Loop and booking comparable hotels, this one stood out as the best: it excelled in location, staff, facilities, food, coffee, room size, and even bedroom lighting fixtures, all surpassing expectations for the price. Its close proximity to great volcano views added extra appeal, making it the best value we’ve stayed at so far. Nothing during our stay detracted from this positive impression.
