The room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a large, attractive bathroom and a pleasant balcony that looked out over green rooftops. Everything felt brand‑new and well‑kept, and the Friday breakfast was fantastic. We walked from the hotel to the restaurants, bars, Mahane Yehuda market and other city sights, then returned to a quiet, comfortable place to sleep. The Saturday breakfast fell short – the coffee machine only made instant or black coffee, there were no tea bags, and the selection of cakes and biscuits next to the machine was poor. We ordered shakshuka for the main dish, but it arrived lukewarm (others at our table sent theirs back) and it wasn’t tasty at all, a real let‑down compared with the previous day. It seemed the kitchen could have been organized better despite the Sabbath restrictions. The only way to reach our fourth‑floor room was by the Sabbath elevator or the stairs.

It was a great experience, the hotel is beautiful and the breakfast was amazing, but when we reached our room the cleaning staff were still in the room until the front desk employee who escorted us told them to leave just as we were entering.

The hotel is stunning! We stayed in a suite with two bedrooms that suited us perfectly as a family with two adult children. We celebrated a birthday and the room had a greeting and cake. Dinner at the hotel restaurant had excellent service beyond the tasty food, good music and atmosphere. Only at breakfast we had to wait a quarter hour for a table even though we had booked a spot, and the service was a bit slow, but the meal was very tasty and rich.
