I’ve stayed here four times now and it still feels like a great deal. The manager was exceptionally helpful, going out of his way to assist. The food was tasty and the location is spot‑on. The room stayed warm and cozy, though a few bar staff could improve their customer service and be a bit friendlier—at least the manager was the most welcoming.

It’s nice to have a private space and not have to go through the pub to get in or out. Parking is great. Unfortunately the kitchen lacks a plug, a bowl, a tea towel, and washing‑up liquid, and there’s no plug in the bathroom sink.

The studio is lovely, with enough facilities to cook simple meals. It’s comfortable and mostly quiet, and the location is literally at the start of the Pendle Hill walk. It sits right by the car park, so there’s a lot of traffic in and out, though it’s not overwhelmingly noisy.

The location is perfect and the staff were very helpful. Nothing else to add.

The place is well located. The unit we stayed in needs some touch‑ups, and there were no instructions on how to turn the hot water on for the shower. No one was around to ask if the pub or restaurant was closed.
