How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Mostly clean and quiet, and it looks like it was moderately updated recently. Good value for what you get and very close to both downtown Wisconsin Dells and the Baraboo/Devil’s Lake area. The staff kindly gave us an extra hour to check out so we could get a little more sleep before our long drive. The pool itself looked clean, but the hot tub had visible dirt/mud at the bottom, so I didn’t use it.

Nice location. We ordered a handicap room and the shower was a poor setup, my wife has 3 rods in her back and can't lift her legs over the tub and the shower curtain was to far inside the shower , there was big caps in the driveway and her walker could not go over and the door was also hard to get in, there was no fitted sheet on our bed instead there was a sheet with dog paw prints on it, also dog hair all over the chair and they said they would take care of it while we were gone and they did not do it

The pool and jacuzzi were lovely, yet the staff were somewhat rude; they wouldn’t give us extra pillows or towels when requested, and both the housekeepers and front‑desk lady were unpleasant. Our stay was disappointing.

The same faces at the desk work very hard to keep things pleasant, but there was no TV service, the bedspread was stained, the paint looked tired, veneer had peeled from the furniture, and the floor planks were separated.
