The staff were very friendly, the entertainment was spectacular. The restaurant manager MRI Saied Fanous was always available and kind. Nothing to add.

The facility was very nice and well organized, the staff were extremely kind and super helpful. Both my partner and I had special dietary needs and the chef was very accommodating in preparing meals on request. The restaurant manager Saied Fahous was number one; every evening we were seated at the same table and he always paid attention to details.

“Il personale fa la struttura.”

The barrier was beautiful, the sea‑view room was stunning, and the staff were exceptional. The food was not very varied and not high quality, but we certainly didn’t starve.

“Ci hanno coccolati”

We had a wonderful stay! The resort is beautiful, with direct sea access and a spectacular coral reef right in front of the hotel. The food was truly excellent, with a huge variety and many restaurants offering something different every time. All the staff made us feel pampered throughout our stay. A special mention to Ehab, who handled our room cleaning: always very kind and smiling, he left us delightful little creatures made from towels every day, making our stay even more special. ❤️ We highly recommend this resort and would gladly return!

“An unforgettable stay”

What can we say? We were absolutely amazed by the incredible hospitality at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, appreciated, and truly taken care of. A special thank you to Mika and Mandhy at reception, who were always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel offers plenty of fantastic amenities, including complimentary transfers to Naama Bay, SOHO Square, and Sandy Beach. There are also three additional restaurants that guests can book through reception, all included in the all-inclusive package. Mr. Michael also deserves a special mention for his politeness and helpfulness. Of all the restaurants, our absolute favourite was Tiran! From the talented kitchen chefs to Mr. Saeed, Shady, and the entire team, everyone treated us with genuine kindness, respect, and professionalism. Their warm hospitality made every dining experience a pleasure. The hotel features five swimming pools, but we spent most of our time at the Deep Pool, which has a fantastic swim-up bar. Kiro and Moostafa were simply amazing bartenders! Always cheerful, attentive, and making sure everyone was having a great time. The hotel also offers snack bars from 12:30 to 16:30 at two of the pools and the beach bar, which is a great bonus throughout the day. Another highlight is the hotel’s beautiful private beach, with a stunning coral reef and plenty of colourful fish, making it a fantastic spot for snorkelling. The lifeguards were also extremely attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. Our room was perfectly looked after by Youssef, who was always smiling and showed great professionalism. Every day, he made sure our room was spotless and that our water and coffee supplies were fully restocked. His attention to detail was truly appreciated! And, of course, a very special mention to our new friend Bshay! His outstanding service, professionalism, and genuine kindness made our stay even more memorable. /
