I stayed close to the Stazione di S.M. Novella, the décor felt a bit dated but the room was clean.

The location was great, and the host staff were very enthusiastic and helpful, making me fall in love with Florence. It would have been better if every room had a private bathroom.

部屋にトイレがなく 共有トイレがフロント隣に男女共有のが１つあるだけなので、かなり不便。

The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station and the historic centre of Florence. One of the mattresses had a hole in it, which was uncomfortable.
