“Breakfast was good, service at the front desk was terrible!”

I liked the location, exactly what we were after. However, the front desk didn't honor a reservation I had made and paid for months in advance; they sent me to another hotel five minutes away by car—so I had to take a taxi—and explained that bookings made through the platform had the lowest priority when they were overbooked.
