The hotel is very good and the staff were helpful, though it sits a bit far from the city centre – we had to take a grab and it took about 15‑20 minutes by car to reach most spots.

I didn’t like anything. Lack of credibility.

My room wasn’t ready! I never got to stay. I had a poor experience trying to get things sorted with the front‑desk staff—she probably didn’t know what to do either. She kept speaking in Thai.

The reception is very warm and pleasant. Nothing— the experience was top.
