The spot is amazing and everything is convenient, but there was no window and the photos on Booking didn’t match; this wasn’t mentioned anywhere. Two stained towels arrived, and the toilet rod was detached; when I pointed it out it was fixed with a “works fine” reply. It’s a shame because the location is truly strategic.

The city location is great, yet the common areas have no windows and the room I slept in had only a small sealed cavity above, making it impossible to get fresh air or natural light – a nightmare for anyone with claustrophobia, literally lacking oxygen. In the bathroom the toilet seat was broken and the taps were clogged with limescale. On the morning of departure a cleaning lady woke me up well before checkout, loudly talking on the phone near my door, then barged in to clean the room and urge me to leave before the official time. Definitely not recommended.

The central location is good, there’s a voucher at a partnered bar, air conditioning, a steamer with a rod, clean towels, and adequate cleaning. However, the mattress is terrible with indentations, the toilet base is broken, and the sanitary fixtures and windows are old.
