“Deja mucho que desear”

The theme and the ample space were positives, but the all‑inclusive package didn’t justify the price, as you need to present your card to order anything from the bar, even a simple water or a child’s fries. The buffet offered very little variety and scant quantity for the cost; I’ll consider staying again.

“Satisfactoria”

The staff were friendly, but the menus stayed the same every day, which was a bit disappointing.

The kids’ pool was fantastic, the rooms were large and comfortable with super cozy beds, but the staff were inflexible when we tried to change dates in January, the pool cleaning could improve, and the food was very salty.

“Muy agradable”

What we liked most was the pool, though it was a bit far from the rooms, and the buffet was good. The dining area lacked air conditioning, and many of the loungers and umbrellas were in poor condition.

The location was great, but the pool was lacking.
