The kids enjoyed the bunk beds, but our double bed was so uncomfortable that we ended up with sore backs all weekend; we never saw any staff to ask for anything in the room, the bins were not emptied, coffee, tea and toilet rolls were never refilled, the area felt unsafe with people dealing drugs on the street, and the location was quite dodgy.

Everything was very clean and quiet.

The place was spotless and well maintained, felt cozy, had everything we needed, and was good value for money.

The location was good, but street parking fills up fast so we used the car park at £12 for 24 hours, which wasn’t extortionate; the bed was insanely comfortable, the room was really clean, the light fan was a nice touch, shower pressure was decent, and the rooms had a good‑size TV plus tea and coffee, all reasonable for high season in Blackpool; self‑check‑in and key return were ideal. The only issue was a hole at the bottom of the bathroom panel, possibly a missing vent, which doesn’t affect function but looks like it needs fixing.
