The apartment has everything you need, is well kept and very clean! The staff, especially the administrator lady, was very unkind. Check‑out was at 10, she reminded me at 9:30 via message and was at the door at 9:35. I think if we were 5 minutes late she would have let us in. I booked by mistake for 2 adults and 1 child, but at check‑in I told them we were 4, we didn't request an extra bed and paid the difference. Probably out of fear that we wouldn't give the extra money directly proportional to the number of people, she said we made a huge mess, that the police might come and find more people than we declared and fine us, that neighbors might complain that we had 4 guests while booking shows only 3 (as if neighbors could check the booking), and finally, out of her generosity, after seeing we accepted the money difference she offered (which was not correct because we paid for a person who had a place to sleep) and took all the risks. For all this I was very disappointed!

The apartment on the second floor of a condominium is small but comfortable for three people (two adults and a boy). It has everything needed, is clean, fragrant and quiet, with an elevator and free public parking very close by. It is about 30 minutes from the famous amusement parks and about 20 minutes from Verona. Various supermarkets nearby. Pizzerias, bars and bakeries are reachable on foot. The owner is super kind and helpful.

Excellent management by the host, good level of cleanliness and good quality of furnishings. The proximity is good for those going to the nearby hospital. Overall it’s a good starting point even for visits to nearby centers. Free street parking is always available. A supermarket is "under the house".
