The place is gorgeous, spotless, exactly like the pictures show, right in the heart of the city, and the staff are friendly and accommodating – we have nothing to complain about 🤗
The location is great, central and easy to reach the main streets. The bus stop is right below the building, and the metro is about a 5‑minute walk away. My room was tidy and had a balcony with a small table and mini fridge. The staff were very kind and helpful. It was a very positive experience; I definitely recommend this place!
The facilities were very modern and everything was clean. The only downside was that the check‑in process was a bit awkward – not everyone was ready to handle that, and we were ten people.
