The hotel met expectations, the staff were very good people always ready to help, the facilities such as the spa and others were very good. The location was great, everything was close. Recommended.

Our room was comfortable and clean. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned daily and the roof terrace was very nice with plenty of loungers. The prices at the roof terrace and the bar are already very high, even excessive. The prices at the restaurant “Boca Grande” are also very high and the quality of the service is completely off. For fairness, I also want to mention that the bill was cancelled after a complaint.

Parking in front of the hotel is convenient, the infinity pool on the rooftop is refreshing, the view of the yacht port is cute, diverse (continental European) breakfast options allow for accommodating different dietary choices. Minibar prices (€11 for a box of Pringles, €35 for two shots of mediocre whiskey), the bed on the platform is a tripping hazard.

Breakfast was great with many selections. The pool area was beautiful with very comfortable chairs. We went to the beach a couple of times and the hotel provided a beach bag with towels. The room was great with balcony. On check‑in we didn’t get the room we booked. However they did accommodate us with an upgrade on day two.

We spent two nights in the top‑floor apartment and absolutely loved it – the space was huge, the shower was big, and the bed was comfy. The AC worked perfectly and the view was nice. The gym opened early for me because 9 am was too late, and they helped us get parking. The only gripe was that the coffee machines didn’t make a good latte, and I wanted a proper latte every morning.
