The staff were friendly and attentive, especially at breakfast and the person in charge was very professional and pleasant. The only issue was the shower drain, which never worked properly; we mentioned it on Saturday morning and it was still the same in the evening. I told reception I could bring a suction cup at 9 pm, but they said it wouldn’t help and that nothing else could be done. Also, there were no toilet brushes, which was a bit annoying. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

“Muy buena opción para visitar Nantes”

The location is perfect, next to a tram stop, and public transport in Nantes is great. Breakfast was quite full, the room was a bit small for the price but comfortable, very quiet, and we had no nighttime noise. The Wi‑Fi was a hassle: you had to register on a website for a password, so we never used it.
