The amenities were solid: a full‑size fridge that most places lack, a stove for cooking, hi‑def TV, cable, Wi‑Fi, and monitored parking so no unauthorized vehicles were allowed. I couldn’t use the entrance nearest me because the outside door had no handle, the price was steep, and the location was just off a busy street.

The hallway, elevator, and room were all dirty.

They still let us in after office hours, but the first room we got was very messy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned; we asked the staff to check it and they eventually moved us to another room. It was already past 2:00 AM, and after a long drive we just wanted to sleep, so this simple mistake made the stay unpleasant even though the issue was resolved.
