The place is in a great location, the facilities are in excellent condition, the comfort is superb, and the service is outstanding. Thank you very much. Highly recommended.
The property is beautiful and sits in a great spot in Alta Garcia, but the description misleads: only one room has AC, they only accept cash even though the website says card is accepted, and there are no nearby ATMs—any existing ones only dispense a small amount that doesn’t cover the stay. The beds are awful; you sink into the wooden frame.

Alta Gracias is a lovely place to rest and enjoy the surroundings. With Booking, I made a reservation that didn’t include a tax, so the total was $750.000. When I arrived, they charged me an extra $200.000 beyond the booked price, citing Booking. It felt like a scam, and in the end I was the one who got cheated.

The location is good, the rooms and the rest of the cabin are very clean, and the host’s service is excellent. The Wi‑Fi is terrible—never stayed connected, which meant I couldn’t send an email for work. The heaters and kitchen are mediocre and should be improved.
