The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Talha – a very pleasant and kind teenager. The hotel’s location in a small alley is great because all the major sights, like the Pyramids of Giza and the new Egyptian Museum, are right nearby. The only issue during my stay was the Wi‑Fi; although a connection was available, the internet kept dropping and only worked for very brief moments, which was really annoying, so I had to use my own SIM card for most of the time.

The staff were very attentive and pleasant. The room was nice, but the bathroom felt a bit low‑end. The rooftop terrace was very nice. The view of the pyramids was not really there because of many buildings in front, so except for the top and at night I saw nothing. I had to wait 45 minutes for the meal, far too long after a late flight.

The location with a view of the pyramids, the abundant breakfast, many available excursions, punctual airport transfer, and the staff’s availability were all great. Cleaning could be improved.
