How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
When we arrived at 4 a.m. we were told there was an overbooking and were immediately directed to their partner hotel right nearby, where they welcomed us with great kindness; the property was clean, the room spacious and fully equipped; it’s just outside the city center and the chaos, but a 5‑minute tuk‑tuk gets you there. The terrace serves an excellent breakfast, and the staff are always attentive and smiling, including the driver who arranged the airport pick‑up service.

For its star rating, it ticked all the boxes as expected, but the frontage at the entrance via Marine Drive doesn’t provide enough space to park while checking in; it seems to say, park your vehicle at your own risk.

The room was immaculate and cozy, though the breakfast menu could use more options; I also ran out of toilet paper and had to request it from the staff, who didn’t hand me any, which was a small annoyance but otherwise everything was fine.
