“The worst 10 minutes of my life. I’d rather die than come within a kilometer of this horrid place”

I was thoroughly unimpressed with this hotel, which failed to live up to its online photos in every way. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a sea of ants and a mirror smeared with toothpaste. The walls were disgustingly filthy, the lights refused to turn on, and the area beneath the bed was a trash-filled nightmare. It was clear that no effort had been put into maintaining the property, and I felt like I was putting my health at risk.

“I do not recommend staying here”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by several issues, including dirty rooms and bathrooms, and a Wi-Fi system that didn't work properly. Although I appreciate the fact that the hotel is planning to make some improvements, including a possible increase in daily rates, these issues detracted from my overall experience.

While the staff at this hotel were friendly and attempted to communicate with me despite the language barrier, my stay was ultimately marred by several issues. The room I was initially given was not what I had paid for, and the one I was offered as a replacement seemed better at first but turned out to be worse due to the noise from the street. The bed was comfortable, but it lacked clean sheets, and the overall cleanliness of the room was a concern.

I had a smooth and hassle-free booking process, and the room was prepared and ready for me upon arrival. However, the exterior of the hotel seemed somewhat neglected and the lighting could be improved.
