No instructions were given, and I received an email before arrival that did not specify the exact location of the room in a multi‑storey building. The key for the room was not in the key box. I had to wait about thirty minutes before I could contact the owner's daughter to have someone bring me the key. The room was not ready: the bed was disassembled, the sheets were dirty from the previous guest, and the smell of urine was awful. I recommend permanently removing this owner from your list. Everything is fine. The bed is super comfortable. The only missing item is a microwave; that would be very helpful.

The location is good and parking is free. The downside is the noise from the neighbors upstairs constantly moving furniture.

Either the espresso machine doesn't work, or the instructions for operating it are missing. There are also no instructions for heating the bathroom or for the espresso. The mirror in the 'foxed' room is cloudy. Entry instructions were lacking, even though there was a pre‑arrival welcome.
