The room features air conditioning, a work desk and a television for guest use. Two large double (queen) beds provide sleeping accommodation for up to four guests. The layout includes the designated bedding arrangement and the listed amenities.
The AC in the room was broken and the temperature hit over 40 °C; they offered a £50 credit on a £753 two‑night stay and told us to email the manager after we got home, but he never replied even after several attempts.
“Okay hotel”
The location is fine, but there’s no air‑conditioning in the room.
“Terrible experience”
The reception area was clean. I only booked this hotel to use the pool. I didn't notice it was only open til 6pm. I got there before 6 but was told I couldn't use it as last entry was 4.30pm. this was not mentioned anywhere when I made the booking. The TV in my room didn't work (poor signal), the carpet was stained, the hairdryer only blew cold air. The TV remote didn't have working batteries, not that I needed it after I discovered the TV didn't work. The mattress was so soft it must have been so old. I would never recommend this hotel. I have a local Doubletree which is fabulous, so I don't know how this one is so bad
