“Decepcionada”
It has air conditioning and good ventilation, and an elevator which is helpful when carrying luggage. The place was quite dirty: dust and debris from other guests were under the bed and behind the bedside tables, the walls had cracks and dampness, the fabric headboard was also quite dirty, and the sheets had black stains.
The check‑in and check‑out system was fine, but there was no way to interact with anyone in case of a need or emergency.
