“Awesome location, pillows sucked, breakfast wouldn’t do again”

The location and decor were awesome, but breakfast was subpar—food wasn’t tasty, pancakes were doughy, coffee wasn’t great, though the service was good.

“High quality stay, price a bit steep.”

Everything was wonderful; my parents enjoyed their stay. Even though they aren’t the type to use all the amenities, I can rely on the HGI to be clean, comfortable, and have last‑minute availability. Almost $200 a night is a bit much for an off‑season stay, and it seemed like the AC was struggling to keep the room as cool as other parts of the hotel.
