The room was clean and bright, but the service left me disappointed: they mixed up the payment terminal, gave me a café terminal and I had to sort it out myself, which wasn’t the guests’ fault. The on‑site restaurant was closed, so we waited a long time for dinner, which arrived almost cold in foil like take‑out. Breakfast was average.

If you’re looking to be closer to the mountains, this place is perfect. The rooms are roomy with balconies, and the spa facilities are top quality.

The mountain setting feels like a fairy tale. The room was clean, cozy, and had a balcony where my husband and I enjoyed tea. The staff were very polite, the banja was fantastic, and breakfast was varied and, most importantly, tasty. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!
