The hotel is close to Kota Belud and a friendly restaurant next door. When we arrived to check in, nobody was around; the restaurant tried calling them for us and came over to help find someone. Finally an unfriendly lady appeared, but she didn’t even reply when I greeted her. We chose the hotel because of their free Wi‑Fi, but it wasn’t working and the phone service was intermittent, making it hard to check in for our flight the next day.

“Only stay here if you don’t mind being eaten alive by bed bugs.”

The parking lot is huge. The bed had bed bugs and I couldn’t sleep all night because of them. The room hadn’t been properly deep‑cleaned – it smelled dusty and the toilet had hair in it before we even used it. There was no internet connection; although Wi‑Fi was available, no one was around to give us the password or help. Only stay here if you don’t mind being eaten alive by bed bugs.

The parking space is spacious. The air in the room wasn’t great; it seemed the window hadn’t been opened for a while, so we had to open it immediately once we were inside. The toilet was okay.

“Selesa dan tidur nyaman itu penting.”

The atmosphere was peaceful. I was disturbed during sleep because another guest made noise, like footsteps walking upstairs.
