The check‑in took about one and a half hours, which was horrible; if they hadn’t already taken our money, we would have left, unreal!

The new bathroom was great and the location is very convenient for shopping and dining, plus the staff were friendly; however, renovations right outside my room produced a lot of dust, and I couldn’t walk through the building to the lobby because of the work, so I had to go outside to reach the lobby and breakfast.
