“Robert is the best person over there: very professional, very friendly and very considerate.”
The location and peace were excellent, but checking out with Mr “J” was very condescending, lacking etiquette and professionalism.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I only got to eat breakfast there, which was good—a small buffet and a nice breakfast menu. The location is great if you want to explore Aberdeen, just a few minutes by car or bus away. The beds could have been softer, and the walls between rooms were very thin. Our room had a big gap under the front door, so we could hear everyone walking and talking in the hallway, which made it hard to sleep.
“Excellent value for location and facilities.”
The location was perfect for the event we were attending. Parking was limited, but we managed to snag a good spot.
The staff were very friendly, but there was a smell in the room.
“Conveniently located hotel on the outskirts of the city”
A well-equipped hotel on the edge of the city with a smooth check‑in/out, clean facilities, and great breakfast, offering good value for money. However, the hotel feels a bit dated, so the soundproofing isn’t as good as in newer places, and some parts look old (my parents’ room had a 90s trouser press!). It was very clean, though, and we stayed only one night.
