Arriving at 6 am, the only breakfast options were cereal and mini muffins, which left me unimpressed. I also had to request an ice bucket because it wasn’t in the room when I arrived.
“Not worth it”
They called me less than 24 hours before my reservation to cancel because of overbooking, even though I’d booked over three weeks earlier. I managed to get a room by insisting I wouldn’t cancel, but the key didn’t work. Each time I needed access, I had to walk to the lobby and ask the staff to unlock my room with the master key, and they treated me like an inconvenience. The comforter had stains and random hairs, and the light would turn on randomly at night, waking us up. Overall, it was a bad stay.
“It was horrible don’t stay here”
The sheets had stains, the towel racks were broken, and there were holes in the ceiling.
The hotel failed to understand the concept of handicap accessibility: there were no bars in the room, and after paying for an accessible room they refunded me mid‑summer for 20 days, forcing me to sleep in my car.
The staff were great, but the room next door was pretty loud.
