The receptionists were helpful and pleasant, housekeeping was efficient and pleasant, but perhaps a greeting could be posted by the coffee with directions, and breakfast could be improved – it was cold and sparse.
The spot is great, yet the sink in our room leaked, the toilet in the other room ran nonstop, and the two rooms we booked weren’t even next to each other.

I chose this place for its location, but the whirlpool suite I booked didn’t exist, and while the rooms were clean enough, every common area was gross.

The staff were wonderful and the location was great, but the room was filthy and dated even though it claimed to have been remodeled; behind the bed was dirt, a dead bug, and hair everywhere, boogers on the curtains, the floor near the door still dirty, and the bedding hadn’t been changed; the TV stand was chipped and looked worn, the chair was black from dirt, and overall the cleaning was disappointing; breakfast items were the same each day, coffee wasn’t ready until 7:30 am which was a let‑down, people fought in the parking lot late at night, and for the price I would have booked somewhere else.
