“Great stay in a lovely guesthouse and a good breakfast included”

The place sits in a lovely spot in a nice area and has everything you could need, with a welcoming and helpful host who clearly has a lot of repeat guests and I’d definitely stay again; it’s within easy walking distance of Union Street and the city if needed, offers plenty of breakfast options and nice little touches – the traditional Aberdeen Butteries were spot on! I have no complaints.

“This was like staying with kindly family, but with 5-star facilities and surroundings.”

Everything was brilliant – the room, the rest of the facilities, and the host went out of his way to make the stay enjoyable and comfortable; everything was thought of and I highly recommend the Beeches. I have no complaints.
