The location was great and breakfast was excellent, but on the 12th floor we heard a constant click from the elevator—probably a nearby mechanical room—which kept us up most of the night even with the inner door closed; I had stayed on the 4th floor a week or two earlier in room 402 and slept wonderfully, so I expected the same level of comfort when I booked for my wife.
