I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel, where the staff seemed completely uncooperative and unhelpful. Despite having a confirmed booking, we were told that the room wasn't available, which was quite confusing given the initial assurance over the phone that we could check in. The whole situation felt quite frustrating and left a bad taste in my mouth.
