The location is good, the room is comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast is fine. The nightly rate is too high, the parking that is advertised is actually charged as an extra fee (which feels absurd since the room rate is already steep), and the air conditioner didn’t work; they tried to fix it but it wasn’t resolved, so I almost couldn’t sleep that night.

The location is decent, but the elevator stopped, and when we called for a technician my wife panicked because they gave no information, so we left right away after spending 4 hours there. They offered no courtesy or refund, which is utterly disappointing.

I really liked the bedding, pillows, and the shower was wonderful; everything worked well: AC, TV, etc. I have nothing to complain about, everything was perfect; I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, it’s had ups and downs, but right now it’s amazing!
