A true haven. The inn is amazing, well‑located, and peaceful. The room is cozy, clean, and very charming, with a huge, comfortable bed. Special thanks to Betinho, who is super friendly and helpful. A perfect score! Everything was wonderful, we really liked it and plan to return.
“Unexpected stay, but perfect”
I booked Mangue Sereno but ended up in a room at Vila Botanika since they share the same property. No complaints at all – the vibe is super calm, the room comfy, the bathroom is a wow (there’s a tree inside – that’s what I call luxury). The staff, especially Betinho, is incredibly kind and welcoming. Felt right at home, which is a must for solo female travelers. Will definitely come back.

The lodge is in a fantastic spot. Common areas are great – pool, breakfast area, etc. Breakfast is delicious, and the daily afternoon coffee is a nice touch. The bathroom is roomy and stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner, which is handy for light travelers. Lu was super helpful with everything we needed. The downside: we stayed on the ground floor and heard some noise from the room above.
