The reception staff were nice. Breakfast was great and the dining room was well equipped. The room was a comfortable size and very tastefully furnished. The location at the station was perfect for me. Highly recommended overall.

We asked for a bath this time and got it. The side of the hotel is quiet regarding possible wind infiltration during the Lightfestival. The staff were very friendly and helpful with small extra questions. Printing a travel ticket and keeping luggage after the train leaves later than the room departure is possible. There was no minibar, unlike last time, and there was loud chatter early Monday morning with a cart on the courtyard; someone was busy with a water splash for a long time, starting before 6 am—hello? People standing right before the entrance were calling on the hotel bell with their phones. Should they really be sent away? Also smokers right before the doors, please. At both ends of the bed there was a switch that did nothing… or did the staff turn on the hallway lighting or that of the next room? The AC in the bathroom and the TV had only German and a few English channels. Bathroom products were odd. A bus for shampoo instead of hands hung next to the sink, but when testing the bath, they were both hanging side by side… they were just the same product, right? WTF?
