The house is very nicely decorated, and the pool offers a view of the mountains. Parking is small—only three cars—and it would be better if parking spots were assigned.

I loved it; we stayed in a room with a private bathroom, a small fridge inside, a great shower, and a super comfortable bed. The shared kitchen is very well equipped, there’s a living room and a terrace with beautiful views. The jacuzzi works great, and the pool—though we didn’t try it—would be spectacular with those views. Everything was super clean, quiet, and silent. Parking is available inside, though there’s a limit on spots. We’re about 20 minutes from Furnas. Everything was great, though the location isn’t very central and the road to get there has many curves, though it’s in perfect condition; the quiet and views in the north outweigh that.

The room is clean with a good bed. There are too many items in the fridge, and you can’t add anything unless you throw out many drinks. Enough towels are provided. Luckily there’s a window with sound‑proof glass. It’s very noisy; with the upstairs neighbors it feels like a renovation is happening. There’s a musty smell and the atmosphere feels very damp. A towel dries barely. The path to it isn’t the most comfortable, and parking has some restrictions (the gate closes very quickly). I didn’t have many problems, but I think it will be harder in peak season.

We had the lower apartment right by the pool – a maisonette with a lovely view. Very modern and spacious, and fortunately not right on the street (through‑traffic). That was great. The hosts were very attentive and responsive – there were small snacks and a mini‑bar, as well as spices, oil, and vinegar. That was perfect for a short stay. They were flexible with the checkout – we could wait out the rain inside.
