How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel is charming, with traditional Urfa architecture in the heart of the old town and close to everything. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The property is safe and secure, and the staff are friendly and attentive. I can’t say enough good things about our stay here, and if I return to Urfa I will definitely stay again.

The staff were fantastic and helpful. Our flight was diverted to Gaziantep instead of Sanliurfa, and we didn’t reach the hotel until 1 am. Baris waited for us, and the taxi he arranged had to change pick‑up points and collect us at the bus station. The property itself is stunning. I highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at Kaliruha Hotel and were thrilled from the start. The entire hotel was remarkably clean, with rooms and public areas always immaculate, making us feel instantly at ease. Special thanks to Barış Bey, whose warm, professional, and consistently helpful demeanor made our visit even better, and to the young lady at breakfast for her friendliness, attentiveness, and cheerful smile that set the day off right. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms tastefully furnished, and the whole place exudes a stylish, cozy atmosphere. Its location is superb—quiet yet perfectly situated for exploring the surroundings. Thanks to the whole team for the wonderful hospitality; we felt completely comfortable and will gladly return!

The stone‑built buildings and narrow cobblestone lanes of Shannuruva give the city a medieval charm, and the location is ideal for strolling. Nearby, atmospheric restaurants and cafés line the streets, making dinner convenient. The Kaliruh Hotel itself is an old stone structure; on hot days you can stay indoors and relax in a cool room, feeling the exotic travel vibe. Sitting on the courtyard sofa and sipping chai seemed very comfortable. Those who, like in Japan, want a powerful shower might find the water pressure a bit lacking.

The hotel sits in the quiet heart of town, and the cleanliness is impressive. The room is spacious and clean, and the welcome was very good. The only suggestion I’d make is to serve breakfast on the terrace instead of in that room, which feels out of place in such a beautiful hotel 😊
