The only thing we liked was the pool. For everything else, we were very disappointed with our stay. Before arriving, I messaged the hotel to note that we had three children because I couldn’t add the third on the booking. They assured me a bed would be ready for him. Yet upon arrival, we were asked for an extra 150 €, even though children under 8 are normally free. I reached out several times to explain, but it felt like the hotel always had the right and our comments were ignored. If I’d known a fee would be charged, I would have booked a five‑star hotel for a similar price. To us, this hotel does not deserve its rate. The food was very repetitive: almost every day the same dishes and snacks were offered, with little variety. Even the bread seemed stale. Wi‑Fi was paid, there was no air‑conditioning in the corridors, and the front desk lady was truly unfriendly. The hallway smelled strongly of plumbing when we were outside. We were very disappointed and expected far more for the price paid.

The food was good. The lock on the door was broken, giving a bad sense of security. Suddenly, an unannounced man burst into my room to fix the door (not registered!). Midway through, a loud nightclub‑like noise filled the room; when no music was playing, you could hear the generators humming (poor sound isolation). Generally, the rooms were old. My mother, who booked from abroad (not Germany), paid 30 % less.

The food wasn’t great; they served the same meals almost every day and everything else was the same.

There were many activities, the hosts were very kind and very active. Wifi was paid… many earlier comments mentioned servers who weren’t smiling, and I confirm… not very welcoming.
