The property denied my check‑in even after I had made the advance payment and called. I haven’t received a refund yet and had to book another hotel. I don’t recommend it. I was traveling for work, arrived early at 2:00 AM, the in‑charge person called to make an advance payment, and when I got there they denied me check‑in and accommodated someone else.

It was just near the place where I had work in Pune. The rooms were bad: power outlets didn’t work, cockroaches were roaming freely, the TV was broken, the bathroom and toilet were unclean, and the hotel had no facilities.

It included breakfast but no kitchen. I received a full refund. The room stank, cockroaches were everywhere, and the toilet flush didn’t work.

Nothing good. The room was dirty, the bathroom had no flush, and the linen was torn.

For the price, this hotel is a great deal. It's easy to get to local restaurants and shops, and the pricing is pretty reasonable.
