“Privacy violated: housekeeping entered my locked room while I was asleep.”
Clean room with all amenities. Location is nice close to Schonbrunn but also only 15 minutes away from the city center. The hotel is across the U4 so getting to places was very easy. I stayed at the Leonardo Hotel Vienna Schönbrunn, with checkout at 12:00. At 8:35, well before checkout, a housekeeping employee unlocked my door and entered my room while I was asleep. My door was locked. Housekeeping should never enter a room this early, especially with hours still left on the guest's stay and no "do not disturb" check or knock that woke me first. When I raised this at reception afterward, staff showed no real concern. No apology, no explanation for why housekeeping came in that early, nothing. This is a serious breach of guest privacy and security. I can't recommend staying here until they fix how housekeeping handles room entry and timing
