The room was very quiet yet just a stone’s throw from Spaccanapoli. Serena and Ivana were very helpful and quick to reply on WhatsApp, though it felt a bit odd that we never met them in person. Nothing else to note.

The location is great, even though the first impression might be misleading because the building sits in a very picturesque area. As soon as you open the door, you find a tranquil and cozy space with no noise, despite being in the city center. The owners are very helpful and available for any request.

Our three‑day stay in Napoli’s historic district was absolutely fabulous for so many reasons! Landlady Ivana was exceptionally helpful and very available via WhatsApp. The apartment was spotless, the bed and linens lovely, and the balcony overlooking our quiet‑at‑night street was a real plus. The photos of the accommodation match exactly what was presented. Everything was fabulous!

Excellent location, comfortable bed, and a pleasant room. Ivanna and Serena gave helpful recommendations for nearby activities – we tried a couple and they were brilliant! The only minor issue was that it was very hot, and having air conditioning in the kitchen area (in addition to the bedroom) would have been great.
