The place was spotless and everyone was welcoming, but the food prices had risen significantly compared to before.

The hotel’s position offers a nice view of Nandon Dam, and its infrastructure, high‑tech features, décor, and numerous rest options are impressive, with cleanliness that rivals Sandton despite the surrounding soil; the space is huge, and the inclusion of an ironing board and iron was outstanding—most hotels still overlook that. The only suggestion is to add a gym.

MGB turned out to be a fantastic hotel; the quality and attention to detail really impressed me, and the tech‑savvy service added a nice touch. On the downside, our room’s shower was finicky – we had to learn how to balance the temperature and pressure to get a comfortable flow.
