The spot is very well situated, and even though it’s close to a street it feels like a little paradise; in the mornings rabbits hop by and a pheasant even says hello, and Stefano is a warm host.

The location is great for the university campus, it’s clean, and quiet; the pillows need to be replaced or at least give guests a choice of a firmer pillow, and the shower curtain should be removed.
