The location was good for our destinations, but the room smelled awful, cleanliness was poor, and the TV from the neighboring room was too loud.

“Estuvo bueno, pero no es un lugar que me gustaría quedarme de nuevo”

The beds were comfortable and there was a smart TV, but the front‑desk staff gave little information and were not very helpful; after I went out for a walk, I thought the cleaning staff entered my room while I was away and I didn’t like that they did so when I wasn’t there.

“Not a quite hotel, front desk not helpful, bed not very comfortable, ammenenities not good damp room”

It was close to the function I was at. 1- could not check in early 2- they didn't even have my registemration. they had to contact BOOKING 3- room was damp and musty smelling. 4- I paid their fees because it had a poll. pool was not working, could have stayed down the street at almost half the cost 5- the bed was not that comfortable, cheap matress 6-when checking out I was standing at the counter, the 2 people there just kept staring into their phones, didn't even ask if they could help me. I WILL NEVER stay at a Radisson again, and question using again
