“El paraíso en Cerdeña”
Everything! The facilities, the location, the breakfast… Above all, the staff’s friendliness deserves special mention. A perfect 10‑star hotel. Nothing to complain about.
The location is good. The hotel was very disappointing. We booked a 26 m² room but received a small one that did not match the photos on the Booking website at all. The hotel is old, and to enter the room you actually have to push the door inward with force. We only found one pillow per guest; we asked housekeeping for two more pillows and one arrived without a pillowcase. When we removed the bed cover, we discovered there was only a sheet and no blanket, which is highly unusual. The swimming pool is small and there are no umbrellas around it. The breakfast selection was modest, although what was available was fresh and good.

The mountain setting is incredible, quintessentially Italian. The facilities are superb: a lovely pool, a spacious, clean, and cute room, on‑site car parking, a great breakfast selection, and a balcony with beautiful views. The staff were always available and went out of their way to make our stay memorable with small extra gestures. A big shout‑out and thank you to Eliza! The bathroom, especially the shower pressure, was exceptional—something I wish every hotel would consider!

It was nice enough for the price. We asked the concierge to book a taxi to the airport; they quoted us 110 €, but when we actually took the taxi we were charged 137 €.
