The staff were decent. It was my second stay, but the room was surprisingly smaller than the one I had stayed in before. We booked twin rooms, yet one felt like a forced conversion of a single room into a twin, essentially an attic‑style space. When I checked availability that day, twin rooms were still open, so I expected a standard room. The price was also higher than other hotels, which was disappointing.

Cleaning was meticulous and the amenities covered everything needed. Nightwear was left on the bed. The location was fantastic—close to the station and a lively drinking district, so dinner was never an issue. Whether you’re touring the capital area or heading toward Hachioji, you’ll be very satisfied. The room was quiet, letting me sleep soundly. The only hiccup was that the windows were blocked, so I missed the sunrise and overslept, which was a bit funny.

The room was large, tidy, and the staff were friendly, and it’s close to the train station. However, the front desk is on the fifth floor and there’s only one elevator, so you have to lug that huge key up and down every time you leave the hotel. There are two water taps, but only one supplies drinking water—minor inconvenience. On the fourth floor there’s a tobacco room, and the smell can seep into the fifth floor. The area around the hotel is full of hostesses and pimps, which is a bit off-putting.
